Air Exchanger Recommendation for 1700sf House

I live in Minnesota and have been struggling with air quality in my house after doing a closed cell insulation job in my attic. I think that it does not allow my house to breath as it used to so I am looking into getting an air exchanger to help.
The house is a 2 story house with a basement. The top floor is 700sf, main floor is 1000sf and the basement is also 1000sf. What should I be looking for when shopping for an air exchanger? Does anyone have a recommended unit that they trust?

Air Exchanger Recommendation for 1700sf House

Does anyone know anything good or bad about the Broan ERV90HCS Compact Indoor Quality Heat Recovery Ventilator? It seems to be the most affordable system with decent reviews.

Air Exchanger Recommendation for 1700sf House

((Number of bedrooms+1) times 7.5)+(sq ft of home divided by 100) equals CFM of fresh air.
