Air conditioning ducts

We are building a lake house and the air conditioning contractor put only 1 vent per room in the bedrooms. All the upstairs bedroomsa re approximately 14x12. Also, he put 1 vent in a large bathroom/shower room that is behind the toilet. Is this acceptable. I have been researching on the internet to find a calculator to help me figure out how many we should have for the size of each room. No luck.
