Air conditioner type

I live in a condo that does not permit window air conditioners and also forbid any modifications to the exterior so this rules out the split ductless style as well. I can use a portable air conditioner but my question is can I get one that does not exhaust via a duct the window and rather some type of tray so I can move it around?

They all have an exhaust hose. Gotta get that heat out of the house somehow.
