I believe it's a 40/5 440 volt so, anywhere that sells capacitors.

"anywhere that sells capacitors" - which would be HVAC supply houses, some electrical supply houses, industrial supply houses (like Grainger), or some of your local HVAC dealers/contractors.

BTW, most would not be able to give you any specifics on the cap based on the manufacturer's number. They'll need the Microfarad rating, which wirenut110 has already given you.
