Advice - Installing A/C Unit Exhausts in Window

Hi All,

Wanted to get your expert opinion on how best to install a Friedrich ZoneAire's window exhausts:

https://friedrich.com/sites/default/....B)%202012.pdf

I do not have a modern window where a section slides up. Instead it opens like a door.

How can I best attach the exhaust bracket (e.g. vertically on the side of the opening) and seal the remainder of the window. There will be an opening on the top and the bottom of the window (as well as the part of the side) that needs to be sealed.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
