adp air handler

hello everyone,i have an adp air handler model number rcme36230s002 and serial is 7107k07505,this unit is about a year old.when i started running the heat in late oct/early nov,it would run for a while and then the fan would cut off and the outside unit would start making a weird shrieking sound,i could cut the unit off for a while and then it would run again.now its to the point it wont run at all.i cant get the piece of sh*t installer to come fix it,so i reckon im going to take a whack at it if i can.any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.thanks

Sounds that the problem is with your condenser. What make and model is your outdoor (heat pump) unit ?

its a ducane model 2hp13l30p-18 and one more thing,the fan in the air handler wont run on manual either,however the outside unit does come on and make that noise i mentioned.thanks...update,just turned on the a/c and the outside unit turned on but the fan still doesnt kick in.
