AC will not cool properly on very hot days.

I am a issue with cooling the house when it is hot outside. I can get a delta T of 19/20 degrees during the night and cool days, but only around 14/15 on really hot days.
Therefore, when it is in the mid 90s, the house will not get cool.
I did the check right after the evap coil, so I canceled out my attic ventilation and insulation.
Head pressures and freon level are good and all filters and coils are clean.

Any other suggestions?

You said you get the delta T by checking the temp right after the evap coil, how about the other number ? did you get it from your rooms return register or right before the blower ?

This is a hard one, unless something wrong with the condenser (old ?) . You may have to call a tech to check the pressure and/or SC, SH for you. Is the air flow OK ?
