AC Unit Dimensions

I have a small townhouse with a small backyard. My old outside AC unit, which is about nine years old, is only about 20" x 20". I've noticed that my neighbors have replaced their outside AC units with much larger ones, some up to 36" x 36". That's will be a problem for me when it's time to replace my unit, because I have limited space. My question is: Do any of the manufacturers currently make 2-ton AC units that will fit in a 26" deep space? That's about the maximum that I can currently accommodate.

Check York ACs. They make a sidewinder/side discharge series which may fit better for you.
