UPdate: I removed the register covers, hooked up my gauges and ran for 20 minutes here are my results

low side pressure 67 psi 39 degrees
suction line temp 42 degrees
outside air temp 90 degrees
super heat = 3 degrees

My sub cooling
230 psi 111 degrees
liquid line temp 103 degrees

although my pressure is higher, my superheat got lower, so I shut it down and cleaned the coil with coil fin cleaner and rinsed with water, when i restarted ac after ten minutes my reading were all different and lines were frosted.

low side pressure 51 psi 27 degrees
suction line temp 29 degrees
outside air temp 90 degrees
super heat = 2 degrees

My sub cooling
208 psi 102 degrees
liquid line temp 98 degrees

JKV no harm done. understandable

Can't check with frost. SH and SC low could be a restriction
Could also be under charged with a blower motor going out. Need to verify air flow is correct.

When you cleaned the oil. Did you clean it from the discharge side, or its air inlet side?
