ac compressor shuts off quickly

needhelpbad Newbie   Join Date: Jul 2008 Posts: 14	ac compressor shuts off quickly I have an old Lennox "Power Saver" two speed ac. The inside fan is working, but the outside fan kicks off almost immediately after trying to start. I shut it down for a few minutes, tried to restart, and the outside fan clicks, starts to spin, and then shuts off again. Any Ideas? I'm a DIY newbie... need help bad!
