ac compressor close to dryer vent

ou3father Newbie   Join Date: May 2012 Posts: 1	ac compressor close to dryer vent Can I place an elbow on the outside of the house to extend the exhaust away from house? Will one of the wrap aroud filters help?

biggles Member     Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: Long Island Posts: 3,199	ac compressor close to dryer vent need to move the dryer vent to another side of the house.the wind blowing with the unit running and the dryer going will clog the fins bigtime.then you'll be down when it's 90F outside $$$$ looking at a major coil cleaning
