ac on a boat

hey I have a searay sundancer (boat) that the ac is blowing cool but not cold air. I put my gauges on the low side and got no reading. Does anyone know if I can check it with my normal gauges? If so what should the gauges read? I checked all the pumps they are fine. The low side is getting cold, so I know it is working some.

Thanks for the help

did you hook up the BLUE hose to the cold service valve and not turn the stem of the valve CW 1/4 turn?
