Absorption Chiller Tutorial?
 

Just was enlightened about absorption chillers. Did a brief search and the info and diagrams I found didn't really help bring home the full understanding. The conceptual aspects I get, but understanding it enough to fix/repair/build I do not.

Anyone know of a good video or article that throughly explains the system along with photos of actually absorption chillers?

There are a dozen or more types of absorption chillers. That is a somewhat generic term like diesel engine. Google: Trane, Carrier, York, McQuay absorption chiller and they all have info. Otherwise you need to take a Power Engineers course or similar. Mechanical Engineers and Refrigeration Engineers design, size and spec out those units for LARGE jobs like universities, paper mills etc.
