9200 Furnace issue

My 9200 Carrier furnace will not come on. When i flip the electrical switch off and then on the blower motor comes on for about 3o sec and cuts out. i turned off everything per instructions and turned back on. Nothing happens. The blower motor was replaced a couple of years ago. The ignitor was replaced 3 years ago. any suggestions?

9200 Furnace issue

I had a similar issue with my oil furnace. In that case it was the transformer that supplies the power to the ignitor.

You mention a blower, are you talking a power vent blower for the exhaust, or the air handler blower? If it's the exhaust blower, the sampling tube that measures the speed of the exhaust to make sure the blower is running, can get clogged, and the furnace will do that as well.

Hope this helps.
