I am looking for schematics, system operation, and any other supporting documents for a 6 ton roof top unit.

Model SAHA6006OJ74A74ADG0

Serial B81J04057

I have waited on Trane for 3 days and really need the information? Any help that you can give would be appreciated.

Coldiron: I called Trane and they ran the serial #....? Apparently there are only 2 of these in the nation, both prototypes?

HVACtech 126: Thanks for the schematics, that is more than I was able to come up with. I tried gaining access to comfortsite.com but the hassle was not worth the wait. I will use the information provided along with a little common sense and hopefully I can get the unit up and running? Have a great day and thanks for your time.

1981 might have a W973 Honeywell gray boxed controller running off zone temperature and a DC voltage ramping of that controller for heating and cooling.possibly 2 semi-hermetics Tranes first large tonnage rooftop product.might have a max of 4 stages of cooling with electric unloaders with economizer control also off that W973 thru an enthalpy sensor in the outside air chamber..first thing to change if your looking to do econo cooling(most weather out rusting up)
