5 Ton split system keeps shutting down

Hope this is the right section of the forum, as this is related to a business installation.

For a temporary computer room we had installed two 5 Ton residential split systems. However, either one of them, or both of them shut down daily. The contractor installed a reset button on the exterior, which my building engineer says is for head pressure. The contractor claims that the building power supply is low, and the unit shuts down for low power. On one visit they measured 194v, instead of 208v. The few times I've measured, I've gotten readings between 197v - 204v. As a solution, the contractor wants to install Phase/Voltage protectors for each unit. From my understandig, these might protect the units from low voltage, but I don't think it will stop them from shutting down. In addition, they units only seem to shut down overnight, could this be due to the temperature drop by any chance ?

I once worked on a apartment building mostly 1.5 and 2 ton systems. new construction, the way the electrical was done was only getting just under 200 v to the a/c units.I was reading 197 v on lots of the units with out any problems.I think that it is odd that they shut down at night time only. The a/c work hardest late day when its hottest and to shut down at night hmm.what is done to restart the unit?Is it possible that the room temp satisfys by set temp on the thermostat but dosent want to restart when calls for cool again. does the unit have a hard start cap installed?if not get them installed.
