Default 394GAW byrant heater will not lite

I have an old 394GAW Bryant Heater (Carrier) and the unit will not lite.

The unit is producing a spark, but the main burner does not start. It keep sparking and sparking.

The unit was serviced six months ago and the technition replaced the pilot assembly. Even after it was repaired, it took a while for the furnace to turn on, but it worked.

Last time I paid $500 for getting this pilot assembly replace. A ripoff for a part that costs $75.00. Should I just try and replace the pilot assembly again, or do I have another issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Andy.
