20 year old slant fin boiler should I replace it

I own a 20 year old slant fin liberty boiler cast iron new hydrostat no leaks. 80 per cent efficient. Should I replace it. There is a lot of rust on the out side of the boiler.

Moved this to heating and cooling for you====Are you saying that the sheet metal case is rusty?

Have you had it serviced recently? If so what did the tech say? 20 years is not old for a boiler--although at that age some parts , like the pump and zone valves are nearing the end and may need changing===

My boiler was still running at 5o years old. But it needed a pump, expansion tank and was pretty inefficient....and way oversized.
