20 year old Bryant 90i does not produce condensate

My Bryant 90i still heats the house o-k, but I just discovered that for the last few days, there is no condensation water flowing to the sump pump well. I checked the tubing line from the furnace and it appears open. I have no other signs of water accumulating anywhere else.
Does this sound like a major failure of some components?
Any ideas if I should look at some component?
I'm going to call a HVAC service person soon.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

As a wild guess,I'd say check the secondary heat exchanger. If you have no condensate you are not getting a 90+% burn.
