2 clothes dryers exhaust vent

I have 2 dryers, each with its own exhaust exit. Can I take each 4in exhaust pipe and T-split into a 6in exhaust and exit the house with a 6in exhaust. Each 4 in pipe will have its own dryer back draft unit.

Depending on your local code it may or may not be Ok.

But I have done this. Use a "Y" instead of a "T"

Nope.

M1502.2 Independent exhaust systems. Dryer exhaust systems shall be independent of all other systems and shall convey the moisture to the outdoors.

Exception:
This section shall not apply to listed and labeled condensing (ductless) clothes dryers.

no, there is nothing keeping the dryer you are not using from allowing CO to come back into it and then into house

Also bad with electric dryers . This may wind up shorting the life of both dyers ( Fabric softener, lint, moisture contamination). Install back draft dampener or separate vents. Depending on the run a dryer vent booster fan may also be needed .
