Most of the motor information is on the same plate as the Model and serial. All of the motors information is on the sticker on the actual motor. HP, RPM, Voltage, Amp

No sense in sticking money into it if the furnace needs replaced before heating season. In this area of the US it's rare to see one without cracks at that age.
