15 year old furnace help?

My savings wouldn't amount to much here. The house is small and gas is cheap. (for now) We like it cooler so avg. gas bill is $100 over winter months. When the time does come for a new furnace I hope I can find one that is circuit board free. Sounds like replacing one of those can eat up 2 years worth of savings.

Sorry to hear about the local HVAC guy.

When you do decide to replace your old boiler. Don't do like many do and just get the same size(unless its a steam boiler). Do a load calc, and get the size your house needs, which will save you a lot.
