1 t-stat works and 1 doesnt, single furnace


i have 1 furnace with 2 zones, 2 thermostats. the 1 upstairs works normally. the 1 downstairs will not turn on the heater. it will run the a/c and the fan. it worked fine 2 weeks ago. i tried replacing the thermostat, but still the same thing. any suggestions?

Check the wires in the zone panel.
