yeessss. This is it! (weedeater)

Felt like Goldilocks trying out and returning weedeaters. Gas, too heavy. Lighter gas one, too hard to start. Property too long for electrical cord. The battery one........just right!

Had to order online and got a Toro, 12", 6 pound battery weedeater with a wheel so it converts to an edger. The battery is a 24 v lithium ion. (whatever that means).

Just talked to another woman who got an 8" battery Toro and loves hers. Then I wondered if the 12" would be too big, but looking at the cutting path I don't think so, so am glad of this choice. I chose this because of the 24 v battery which sounded more durable than the smaller batteries

After all my troubles I'm amazed that a button turns it on.

Now I want a leaf blower. I'm the only person who still uses an old fashion broom. I'll put that on my Christmas list, only if they come with a battery. Pull strings are just too darn hard to use.
