Say it ain't so!

Either centipede or zoysia. I'm leaning toward centipede. Does it have runners? If not, probably zoysia. A ruler or gauge of some sort would be helpful in the photos. Some of them look like the grass blades are wider, suggesting a bluegrass or (maybe) fescue which would be more likely in northern areas. Bermuda, for instance, could only be in the south.
