What is this fragrance shrub?

My company campus has planted many of these shrub along walkways. They give out nice fragrance and they don't seem to need sun very much. I'd like to plant some near my house but I don't know the name of it.

Here are couple of photos. We are in the San Francisco Bay Area if that helps. Thanks!

could be Honeysuckle. But to be sure pinch a few leaves and take them to the local nursery for identification

Take a leaf cluster to your county agriculture officer, ask them "What's this".

They will know.

It's probably an osmanthus fragrans, it's their time of year to bloom also... Very popular choice, but can get fairly large too. Many varieties and cultivars.
