Possibly some sort of privet. Do you know if it puts out fruit later in the season?

Campis radicans, Trumpet Vine. Extremely aggressive, fast growing vine. Hummingbirds like the flowers.

Turns out it is just something that grows wild on his AF base. No problem. The recruits need something to do when they run out of stuff to paint.
