I saw an Elephant sitting on the corner, staring at the crow up on the telephone pole. How do I get the Elephant to move, and the crow to fly away.

Figure out where it is coming from and where you can drain it away. You may have a low spot graded into your yard. You have to be somewhat careful draining water on to adjoining property though.
