Vinyl Fence question.

Hi all, new here so if I posted this in the wrong section, my apologies.

I'm a first time home owner and have zero experience in home improvement projects.

We are looking into getting a vinyl privacy fence installed asap since our current one is virtually non-existent.
I'm wondering how permanent are the vinyl boards once set in place? are they adjustable at all afterwards?

I ask because currently we have a gravel driveway that I'd like to change into concrete eventually and my worry is the bottom of the boards might no longer be flush with the ground.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Vinyl Fence question.

When the time comes to put the concrete in just tell them you wand it level with the fence.
If you want to install the fence with that option I would do it with brackets like this.

If when you need to raise it,remove all the screws except 1 in the middle or top of the bracket (depending how high you want to go) and swing the bracket up.
This way you swing it put a level on it secure that screw and the its just a matter of reinstalling the rest of the screws.
IMO
