Vinyl fence post on bedrock

How would you install a vinyl post over bedrock? I was thinking I could epoxy a piece of rebar in the bedrock, then fill the post with concrete. What do you think?

We would recommend core drilling into the bedrock, then putting a plated post in the hole and pouring hydraulic cement around the post. Then use a 4" or 5" EZ-SET (depending on the size if the posts), and slide your vinyl post over the plated post and EZ-SET.

We don't sell EZ-SET online (yet) but if you call we can help.

Unfortunately, I'm using 4-3/4" actual OD fence posts. I like the look of the EZ-SET, though.
