Underground Downspout Extensions

Hi all. I'm wanting to install quite a bit of underground downspout extensions on one of my properties. It will connect to 3 downspouts on the right side of my house and 2 in the back yard. Then I'll run it out to the back edge of my property. I want to use the 4" corex pipe. I think it will be about 150' in all.

It seems like it is a rather simple project, just a lot of labor, but probably I am overlooking many things. So I'd like to ask you guys if you could provide a few pointers that are commonly overlooked. Should I install cleanouts? If so, where and how many? Should I install some type of strainer or filter? Or perhaps leaf screen would do the trick? What type of drain exit should be considering? Any other advice?

Thanks!

Not legal to do this where I am or elsewhere where I have lived in the last decades.

Why? Is it because he wants to extend them all the way to the edge of his property?

Underground/French drain systems are used all the time.
