What kind of tree are you planting? Different species grow to different heights and widths.

Ok I am not good with metric measurements so from what I could find it looks like it will 13 feet by 22 feet. Take a measurement of your area that you want to plant the tree at, as long as its big enough it will handle the tree growing. Most tree's will grow to there area, so if its small it will be tall but not wide and vise versa, if that make sense. Just make sure it won't grow into buildings and power lines, since most electric company's love cutting those trees back or even cutting them down.

also considder ground swell around the root crown. As the tree grows its roots get bigger. As this happens none of the soil disappears so it just gets pushed out of the way and causes the soil to rise a small ammount. If the fence is too close to the tree and close to the ground it may be affected by the ground swell. The fence will loose this battle. If the fence is more than 3 feet away there won't be a problem.
