synthetic grass - anyone have it?

I'm looking at doing a synthetic grass yard, I've heard it's around 10$ a sq ft, but I have a small yard, and it seems like a good idea. Pros? Cons?

Pro-you don't have to mow very often.
Con-when you do mow, it takes forever to grow back.

Sorry...I got nothing.

synthetic grass - anyone have it?

I found some info from a buddy in the landscape biz, he said it's around 8-10$ a sq foot, which given my small yard wont be too bad, he also sent me a link to a brand to check out, doing some homework now
