I am having a swimming pool contractor building a new pool and it was supose to be complete by June 1, and it is now August 12. It looks like he is not paying his subs and do not want to fix the problems they have caused until they get more money. The balance owed is probably less than the amount it would take to finish the job and correct the errors. I have given hime two 48 hour notice and three 24 hour notice and they seem to get back on the job when forced. When can I say enough is enough with the 24 hour notices and get someone else to complete the pool or do I have to keep letting them fix the problems or complete the job?
thank you in advance for your inpute.

MIght want to read and check your contract to see what your options are. I wouldn't send him any more money until you get a legal opinion (might need a lawyer here). ONce he has his cash, you've lost all your leverage.
