Suggestions for corner of backyard that receives little sun.

I just put up a fence about a month ago and am looking for some sort of shrub, bush, etc..... to take away sight from the electric line in the ground and the electric box. This area does not receive much sun. I just started to plant some grass to fix the fence work. I am open to all suggestions. I would like to keep from blocking access to the electric box and power lines above. I would like some color or scent but not necessary. I do have two dogs that are pretty rough with the yard playing but not likely to destroy the area.

might check these guys out for stuff www.gurneys.com for some ideas.ornamental grass maybe the service guys will need to get at it so your limited...on height.go local on that grass or anything out of this catalog it will take 20yrs for it to grow as shown..
