Stump grinder

I have some lilac bushes i chopped down a few years ago but am wanting to get rid of the stumps now.

Would the typical big box store rental stump grinder work for this, or are they made for tree stumps.

Thanks

Stump grinder

Ayuh,... They regrow unless you dig,+ pull 'em...
Stump grinders don't work so well unless the stump is 4" or Larger too...
