snow blower will not hold a start

Hi Everyone. I have a yard machine snow blower and it starts fine. The problem is that it stalls out after about 10 seconds. If i keep pumping the primer it will keep going but i cant do the drive way while pressing the primer. I thought i may be the primer pump itself because it had a crack so i replaced it and still the same problem. Any ideas or advice would be great! Thanks.

Mike

You need to clean your carb.

Any closed gas line valve or pinched gas line? Give the engine maker a call; http://support.mtdproducts.com/app/a...etail/a_id/204

Ayuh,... I agree,... The carb has Crud in it...
Take it off, 'n disassemble it, Clean it, 'n rebuild it...

Rebuild Kits are available at small engine shops, or on-line....
