Snapper Snow Blower Electric Starter
I replaced the electric starter on the snow blower however the hole for the lower screw on the starter is stripped and does not hold the starter in place. When you try to start the engine by pressing the starter is just spins and does not engage. If you press it against the engine it will engage. The part that the starter is attached to is plastic, any suggestions on how to hold it in place?

Ayuh,.... Slip a Nut in behind to hold the screw...

You can try filling the stripped hole with JB weld, plastic and redrilling and tap.
