Retaining wall

Hello All,
I am new to this site.. I need to build A retaining wall in the rear of my house so I can park A few vehicles behind my house.. I am going to remove the fence, bring it about 15 feet towards the house. The rear yard slopes down towards the house.. I need to level it out. It is around 3 ft that needs to be built up to level it. Any one have any suggestions on how to do it? I want to do it the BEST way possiblle, also the cheapest. Thanks in advance, Joe
