plastic sheeting

bignick36 Newbie   Join Date: Aug 2011 Posts: 1	plastic sheeting i have an outside freestanding wall which was recently stuccoed. There is ia very samll yard on the ohter side of the stucco consisting of a 5 by 10 ft. area of dirt. Can i use the sheeting to prevent the water from penitrating the block wall/
