Planter building question...

I want to put a planter together that looks like this:

Using similar fieldstone. My planter needs to be approx. 18 inches high. Here are some pics of the area outside my house where I want to make my planter:

This image shows how one my sprinkler heads (3 of them) are situation in relation to the concrete. I assume I'll have to reposition them accordingly when making the planter.

Any tips on how to do this? BTW, this is the website address of the place where I got this picture.


Are the instruction on this site the ones to follow? If any of you can add anything to this it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Planter building question...

I guess this is a bump. Does anybody have any input on this?
