Look for the active ingredientssection of the label. Paraquat,if it is available, will be "restricted use" only. Rotenone, I haven't seen it in years. It is such a specialty, or was, that it had no use in household or commercial pest control. Has no residual life at all, that's why they used it in streams to remove invasive fish and start over. You won't accidentally buy either.
I don't buy the statements in the news story about a previous study linking even low exposure to Parkinsons. If that was the case, they wouldn't need a study-many blue collar workers are exposed to pesticides and other chemical neuro-toxins throughout their careers.
Google both chemical names and see if advertising or suppliers show up.
