It's usually done the other way around...
but it all depends on how your piping is set up.

just tee off a cold water line gong up into the house,anyplace you drag a hose might want to pop a spigot thru the foundation and to each side of the house.if your in a wintered area might want to valve it within with a union so you can vent the outside spigots and drain down

Outdoor faucet


I'm assuming you have a separate water meter for irrigation so you don't have to pay sewage charges for that water. If so you need to tee into the water supply after the backflow preventer and before any of your solenoid valves. You can then either install a faucet in a valve box below grade or use a yard hydrant like this: http://www.lowes.com/pd_239933-15649...ductId=3223217
