out door wall

If it is a product that is licensed and developed by Anchor Wall Systems, I would imagine it is well thought out, designed and developed for the use intended.

Anchor is like a number of companies that have extnsive experience in the manufacturing and use of landscaped and engineered walls both domestically and internationally. They are ususually produced by local licensed manufacturers to the standards established.

If it is anothe company using the Anchor name, I can't offer anything more than a casual opinion.
