Is my Vista transformer dead?
Hi,
Just joined the forum, and am having an issue. Noticed none of my front yard landscape low voltage lighting was on the other night. Went to diagnose yesterday. Cut off some new 12/2 wire, noticed that I'm getting almost no voltage from any of the taps.
It's a Vista MT300 multi-tap, and from the 12v taps, I get .6 volts, 1.1v from the 13, 2 volts from the 14 and a whopping 3 volts from the 15v tap. Totally clueless at this point. Is the transformer dead?
I have already unhooked the timer, so I have taken that factor out. Thanks in advance for any help!
