mounting planters on outside of house

Hi there:

I'm not sure this is the right forum for this but I'll give it a go.

I'd like to mount 2 planters on the front of my house under a window. the planters are heavy wire with the coco fiber liner. Each one is about 2' L X 1.5' W X 1.5' depth. I have wood siding on my house. Before I make a mess, how should I mount them so they won't fall off? With dirt and water each will probably weight 5-10lb.

thanks,
