Metal Garage

I got the Garage jacked up and and had the ground graded. I had gravel put down for now. I am saving for concrete. The jacking was a killer. I left the anchors in and jacked up the garage. It broke three car scissor jacks before I got it up. I was thinking about when I am ready for concrete raising the anchors . They are a piece of re-barb with a nut welded on them they are about two foot long. What is the best way to raise them up?
