Lawn sprinkler system - changing heads - ?
I have a small lot - 3-zone system that uses pop-up heads. A few of the heads appear to be too short - at full extension, they are spraying the side of the grass (which I try to keep at about 3" or so).
Are these easy to replace? Will I have to excavate around the heads to expose, or are extensions available? |

They should be on 1/2 inch lines with threaded connectors. You might want to dig around them just for working room but then again you might could unscrew them and replace with longer risers. Yes, there are many lengths available and as simple to replace as a light bulb.
