Lawn Seed This time of year

Do you think it is too late in the year to over seed my lawn, a few areas have just not filled in well from where I regraded it 2 years ago. I am in zone 5, in Wisconsin.

If I over seed at this time of year, do I water at all or do I just let it sit.

Thanks
Jamie

Yes, reseed now and water it daily to keep it moist. You'll be glad you did next spring.
