Identify this tree?

Any idea what kind of tree this is?

I have asked a few lawn care people that seem to be knowledgeable that do landscaping for my neighbors, and they don't know. All they told me is that it's not Oak or Olive.

This is south Florida, Miami area.

Any ideas? It's a big tree and cracking the 6" thick concrete sidewalk.

There are acorns under the tree. Could this be an acorn tree?

Looks like maybe a water oak. Hard to tell from pics, are they in fact acorns?
There are twenty oak species I can think of off the top of my head.
